Choose from the list e-mail [1], to which the filled in form will be sent, and enter message text [2], which will be shown to user after sending the form.

Configurational settings of the form, such as fields names, e-mail list, etc. are made in the settings manager. As a rule, they are filled by developers during creation of the site.

Available configurational settings of the form:

simpleFormBlockEmails determines the list of available e-mails;
simpleFormBlockSubject determines theme of e-mail with form data;
simpleFormBlock contains XML-code determining the labels of fields and OK button.
